Carey seeks and pledges lasting devotion to her man on "All I've Ever Wanted" and "Never Forget You."
Some lyrical ambiguity leaves it up to the listener to determine the relational context of several love songs.
Carey's soulful vocals are the best in the business. Gladly, she uses them to enhance predominantly positive messages on Music Box.
