Jennifer Lopez J.Lo
"We Gotta Talk" prescribes communication and compromise to heal a romantic relationship. Expressions of love and affection appear on "Ain't It Funny," "That's Not Me," "Cariño," "That's the Way" and "Walking on Sunshine."

There are two mild profanities on "I'm Real," and a shout of "Play my muthaf---in' song!" on "Play." Beware of steamy sexual propositions. Lopez beckons a lover with the promise, "I'll do very erotic things/ I wanna make love, babe, very slowly/Three times in a row, all night I'll go" ("Come Over"). "Dame (Touch Me)" desires to seduce a man. "Secretly" claims, "I wanna lay with you." Liner photos feature the actress/singer in provocative poses.

The final week of January found Jennifer Lopez atop the pop chart with J.Lo, number-1 at the box office with her romantic comedy The Wedding Planner, and on the cover of Rolling Stone as a scantily clad jungle woman. But don't let teens confuse a celebrity's anaconda-like grip on the media with acceptability. Immodesty and sexuality undermine Lopez's occasional sweetness. That's true of her career in general and of J.Lo.
