A meaningful relationship makes the world more colorful on Shawn Colvin's "Never Saw Blue Like That. "Hall & Oates warn a guy that the loose woman who caught his eye is a "Maneater." Numerous songs deal with romantic commitment (Coco Lee's "Before I Fall in Love," Allure's "You're the Only One for Me") or a lack thereof (Evan and Jaron's "From My Head to My Heart," Billy Joel's "Where Were You" and Hall & Oates' "And That's What Hurts").
Minor. While U2's Bono acknowledges Christ's sacrifice, he can't seem to find solace there on the 1987 hit "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For."
